30-Day Warranty Coverage

Our 30-day warranty covers items that are damaged during shipping or delivered incorrectly. This warranty applies only to the part itself; labor costs are not included.

If a part is damaged, we will attempt a repair. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. When returning a part, please provide a detailed reason to ensure smooth processing.

Items returned without meeting the warranty criteria may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Terms & Conditions

Buyers are responsible for all costs related to inspection, testing, or repair if the failure occurred outside warranty coverage or due to improper installation. Warranty claims for transmissions, engines, axle assemblies, carriers, or other parts are subject to our inspection and approval.

Restrictions & Requirements

Parts purchased for testing or ordered incorrectly are not eligible for return. Always confirm the required component with a qualified mechanic before ordering. Warranty returns must be made within 30 days of delivery to be accepted.
