We ensure parts are shipped securely. If an item is damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly, we take responsibility for correcting it. Our coverage applies to the part itself; labor is not included.

Customers must provide detailed reasons for returns to ensure a smooth process. Items returned without meeting requirements may be subject to a restocking fee.
