Cancelling an Order
You can request a used auto parts cancellation before the order ships. Contact our team with your order number as soon as possible.
Return Eligibility
If your used OEM parts need to be returned, contact us within 24–48 hours and obtain an RMA before sending the part back. Approved returns must be received within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Modified or disassembled parts
- Parts returned without an RMA
- Returns received after 7 business days
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
For a used auto parts return, contact our team with your order number and request an RMA. For cancellations, contact us as soon as possible before shipment.
Refunds
Approved used auto parts refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned part is received and inspected. A replacement may be provided when available.
Returns vs. Warranty Claims
Returns cover eligible order or fitment issues. If a part is damaged or has a covered defect, it may need to be handled through the warranty claim process instead.
